Snelheid en prestaties
Een superkrachtige, razendsnelle smartphone: dat is de iPhone 13 Pro Max. En dit alles is te danken aan de nieuwe A15 bionic-chip met 5-core GPU. Deze chip zorgt ervoor dat je telefoon een stuk sneller is, jij prachtige foto’s kunt schieten en je de iPhone de hele dag kunt gebruiken zonder dat de batterij leegloopt.
Display
Op de iPhone 13 Pro Max is het vertrouwde 6,7 inch Super Retina XDR-display te vinden. De maximale helderheid is verhoogd ten opzichte van de voorganger, waardoor je het scherm altijd goed kunt blijven zien.
Een ander leuk extraatje waar dit nieuwe model over beschikt is ProMotion. Dit zorgt ervoor dat het beeld een stuk sneller wordt ververst, tot wel 120 beelden per seconde (120 Hz). Hierdoor voelt de iPhone onder andere sneller aan en heb je mooie graphics tijdens het gamen.
Alleen op momenten dat dit écht handig is, bijvoorbeeld wanneer je een game speelt, wordt het scherm op de hoogste snelheid ververst. Op deze manier verbruikt het display niet meer energie dan nodig en zal je batterij minder snel leeglopen. Dit gebeurt allemaal automatisch, dus je hebt er zelf geen omkijken naar.
Camera
De iPhone 13 Pro Max beschikt over drie camera’s met verbeterde lenzen én verschillende nieuwe softwarefuncties. Zo gebruik je nu de filmmodus, fotografische stijlen of Slimme HDR4 om de mooiste plaatjes te schieten.
De groothoeklens is vernieuwd ten opzichte van de iPhone 12 Pro Max. De sensor is nóg groter geworden en bovendien ook iets lichtsterker.
De ultragroothoeklens op de iPhone 13 Pro Max laat een stuk meer licht binnen ten opzichte van zijn voorganger. Vooral enorm handig als je in donkere ruimtes foto’s wil schieten. Maar ook op momenten met veel daglicht zorgt de camera voor net meer schepte. Ook kun je met je selfiecamera mooie foto’s maken in het donker, omdat de iPhone 13 Pro Max nu ook een nachtmodus heeft.
De extra camera die niet op de reguliere iPhone 13 te vinden is, is een telelens. Dit zorgt ervoor dat je met de iPhone 13 Pro Max tot drie keer optisch kunt inzoomen zonder kwaliteitsverlies. Een plus ten opzichte van de iPhone 13 en iPhone 13 mini waarmee je alleen digitaal kunt inzoomen, wat ten koste gaat van de scherpte van de foto.
Accu
De hele dag door streamen, browsen, muziek luisteren of foto’s maken: het kan met de iPhone 13 Pro Max. De smartphone heeft namelijk de allergrootste iPhone-batterij tot nu toe. Video’s streamen kan daardoor wel tot 25 uur zonder tussendoor op te laden.Dat is meer dan het dubbele van wat mogelijk was op de iPhone 12 Pro Max. De telefoon is door de grotere accu iets zwaarder dan zijn voorganger.
Opslagruimte
Vermijd je de cloud en bewaar jij jouw bestanden het liefst op je telefoon zelf? Of ben je van plan veel te fotograferen of filmen in Apple ProRAW of ProRes?
